Any doubts? Don’t worry – you can view your vitamin D status without answering the questions. You can clearly see that your results remain unchanged, even after the questions have been completed.

By answering these short questions, you will unlock the full analytical results for your vitamin D status, along with additional information about your personal risk factors. Even more importantly, your responses help build a valuable database that enables scientists to use the data in future scientific research.

All blood samples are handled anonymously by a trusted third party and treated with strict confidentiality. Your responses are used solely for statistical purposes, helping our scientists better understand the role of diet and lifestyle as they continue to develop and improve our products and tests.
 

How to delete a test code
If you no longer wish to keep a test code, you can easily delete it yourself here. This helps ensure that the test process remains anonymous and secure.

To delete a test code:
1.    Log in using the test code you want to remove.
2.    Open the menu “See your tests”.
3.    Click the drop-down arrow on the far right of the row showing the test code.
4.    Select “Delete test”.
5.    Re-enter the test code to confirm your choice.
6.    Confirm in the final step.

Once confirmed, the test code is permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
